  2. I strongly recommend reshade.com. Its a great free site for resizing images online or off-line. I came across it in my search for a site to help me resize my images. I can make my images bigger without losing the quantity or quality of my images

  3. Check out http://www.ezyimageresizer.com. Does the same thing, but you dont need to upload files online. Runs as an applet in the browser, so its really quick! And lets you batch resize lots of images.
