[How-To] Remove a friend from your Facebook Contacts

This post describes the process of removing a friend from your friends list on Facebook.

If you are one of those who like a lot others is also struggling with the process of removing a contact from Facebook, this post should be of help

Follow the steps below to remove a contact from your Facebook friend’s list.

1.) Login to your Facebook account. 

2.) Search for the name of the friend you would like to remove from your list.

3.) Click on the name. This will present the profile of your contact.

4.) While at the profile page, you will have access to a lot of links. Instead of clicking on any link, keep scrolling down till the end of the page. At the end of the page in the left hand section you will see a link called Remove From Friends. ( see image above)

5.) When you click on the link, you will get a pop up asking for a confirmation for the removal. Click on the button which says Remove Friend.

Bingo… your contact is now no more on your friends list.
