[How-To] Read your favorite blogs and websites using Google Reader

This post is centred around the Newbie readers of this blog. This post introduces you to the Google Reader and also guides you to other important concepts.

Before you start using Google Reader, you need to understand RSS ( Really Simple Syndication), for that you can prefer to go through the below embedded video which talks about RSS in simple terms.

In short RSS is nothing but an xml file placed on your webserver, which can be read by various feed reading softwares. Google Reader is one such software.

How To Subscribe to Technofriends?

There are multiple ways of subscribing to Technofriends, 

1.) Subscribing by Email. You can subscribe to Technofriends by Email by entering your information in this form

Enter your email address:      

Once you have entered your information in the form, press Subscribe. You will receive an auto-generated email for verification. Click on the link present in that link to verify your email id.

2.) The other way is by subscribing to Technofriends Feed on your Google Reader using the method you learnt above.
