Charge On the Go with Uniross Emergency Two Way Charger
Uniross, a Paris based international company, that started in 1968 in the United Kingdom makes and sells rechargeable batteries and battery rechargers under the names Encore, UltraLast and Uniross has released a new product called Uniross Emergency Two Way Charger which can help you charge your mobile phone, PDA, MP3 Player and rechargeable batteries. If you also belong to the category of men and women with a digital lifestyle, you would no longer be out of touch when you are away from your home or office, with the Uniross new 2 way charger range. Uniross Emergency Two Way Charger is definitely a must have for your travel kit.
As it is a two way charger, the device can also charge the rechargeable AA batteries. The charger comes with six plugs for different phones like Nokia, Sony Ericsson, Motorola and USB Ports.

In order to use the charger, You simply need to slide it open, put in the batteries and connect the cable to its USB port. To charge a phone or other device, you connect it to the other end of the cable using the appropriate connector head and set the “In/Out” switch to “Out” so current flows out of the charger. The indicator light glows green to show the unit is charging the phone.

To charge rechargeable AA batteries, you connect the charger via USB cable to a power source such as a computer, and set the switch to “In”. The indicator light glows red to show that the unit is charging the batteries. However, it doesn’t indicate when the batteries are fully charged, so you should follow the timing guide in the instructions to ensure you don’t overcharge the batteries. For example, it recommends 14 hours to charge two 2100 mAh Ni-MH batteries.
In India, Uniross Emergency Two Way Charger comes with a 3 years warranty with a price tag of 595 Rs (~ 12.65 USD).
