Firefox fixes several Security Issues with release of Firefox 3.0.6
Mozilla has released an update to Firefox with the versioning as Firefox 3.0.6. This version of Firefox seems to have fixed several security and stability issues.
Below is list of new additions to Firefox 3.0.6
1.) Fixed several security issues.
2.) Fixed several stability issues.
3.) In previous versions of Firefox, some users experienced a problem where parts of the screen were not properly displaying after Firefox was open for long periods of time.
4.) Improved the ability for scripted commands (including those included in popular extensions like Adblock Plus) to work properly with plugins.
5.) Removed the client user ID from crash reports.
6.) Fixed issues with the display of some Indic scripts.
How To Upgrade Firefox to Latest Release?
In order to upgrade to the latest release of Firefox, in your Firefox browser, click on Help. Next from the drop down menu, select Check for Updates. You can even check for updates by pressing key combination ALT + H + O.
