[Wordpress Plugin] WPtouch makes your WordPress blog ready for iPhone, iPod & Android
WPTouch is a Wordpress Plugin which can automatically transform your WordPress blog into an iPhone application-like experience when viewed from an iPhone or iPod touch. WPTouch is an entire theme package for the Wordpress Blog, Developed and Modeled after Apple’s app store design specs, WPtouch makes your WordPress website load lightning fast on touch mobile devices, show your content beautifully, all while not interfering with your regular theme.
WPTouch comes into play when a request is made from an iPhone, iPod Touch or Android touch based devices. Once the request reaches the wordpress installation, the plugin shows up a interface specifically designed for the iPhone and iPod Touch based on Apple’s recommendations.
If for some reason, your viewers don’t like the new interface shown on the iPhone or iPod Touch, there’s an option in the footer on WPTouch for your users to easily switch between the WPtouch view and your site’s regular appearance. WPTouch puts a little snippet of code into your current theme which will be shown only to iPhone/iPod touch users and give them the ability to switch between the two easily.

In order to get started with WPTouch, follow the steps below
1.) Download WPTouch plugin from here.
2.) Extract the contents of the archive in the wp-content/plugins folder of your wordpress installation.
3.) Now from the Plugins menu of your Wordpress Admin Area, activate the plugin.
4.) From the Settings->WPTouch menu, setup the preferences and also customize the various options available.
5.) Once you are done, press Save Options. This will save all the latest changes you made for the plugin setup.

WPTouch even allows you to add tracking code for your analytics and also Google Adsense id for showing up ads on the mobile view.

Nice plugin! I think WPtap and WPtouch are all very great. They have the same function to make PC websites optimized for mobile devices. WPtap has four themes. I prefer to WPtap.
