    I think your recommendation sounds good as it stands. Our Dimdim Free is hosted for up to 20 attendees per meeting, if you aren’t ready for the work involved with managing your own open source install. If you want to go the open source route, I recommend grabbing the VMWare appliance and working from the readme file.

  2. For web conferencing that’s focused more on collaboration than webinars, you may find our product, Dabbleboard, useful. At it’s center is a new type of whiteboard that’s much easier to use.
