What’s Popular gadget is Google’s own Digg

Google has just got its own Digg through the What’s Popular iGoogle gadget. You can add this gadget on your iGoogle page and get started. As per the description of the gadget, The What’s Popular gadget by Google helps you discover interesting items from all over the Internet.

There are 4 tabs on the iGoogle widget.

1) All : This tab shows the stories that Google thinks are the most popular — the ones that have been promoted from the pool of additions based on their “pops” and their special algorithm.

2) My Pops : These are the stories you have personally endorsed.

3) My Adds : When you add URL’s, they appear here.

4) About : This tab tells you about the gadget. 

In order to install, the gadget, browse to this site, and click “add it now”.
