Unlimited World Plan on Skype, for instance, costs 12.95$/month, post 25% discount this drops to 9.71$/month. What this means is that you can make unlimited calls to landlines in over 40 countries.

Another interesting news, there is no contract and no setup fees involved. With the Unlimited world plan, you can make calls using your subscription from any other country – great for when you’re travelling.
