[File Sharing] FileTwt Brings File Sharing To Twitter
FileTwt is a new twitter based service which brings file sharing to twitter. With FileTwt you can now easily upload and tweet about your files for free.
FileTwt offers two types of file sharing modes, public and private mode. Private mode of file sharing requires registration.Registered users also get a handy dropdown list of Twitter friends to better facilitate private sharing. FileTwt allows for free registration and you can share files upto 20 MB through FileTwt.
Some of the upcoming features from FileTwt include integration with Google Maps, the ability to retweet files, and access to your file sharing history. Am sure like me other too would be interested to get a handle on the analytics related to files. Stats related to how many times was the file downloaded and by whom etc…would certainly add more juice to FileTwt.

In order to start using FileTwt, head on to the website. Enter your Twitter account username and password, alongwith the description for the file and the select and upload the file you wish to share. When you press send, FileTwt will send an auto tweet from your account. The tweet will contain the description you entered and the link to the shared file.

Overall, FileTwt is a quick and easy to use, file sharing utility for twitter. While the service auto tweets your file details on twitter, you can pass on the link to other friends through IM and email as well. Files shared through FileTwt are shared over Rapidshare.
