[iPod Touch and iPhone] Apple iPhone 3.0 OS is now available for download and upgrade
The iPhone 3.0 OS was announced by Apple around March. Since then, it has been a hot topic on the internet forums, twitter and blog. The iPhone 3.0 OS is now available for download and all Apple iPhone and iPod touch users can upgrade their devices to have the latest OS.
iPhone 3.0 OS brings many new features, including: copy & paste, landscape QWERTY keyboard, stereo Bluetooth, turn-by-turn navigation, voice memos and MMS (only for the iPhone 3G). iPhone OS 3.0 also lets you run the next generation of iPhone apps, like peer-to-peer games and more.
iPhone owners can update the iPhone operating system through Apple’s website. iPod touch owners will however need to shell out $9.95. iPod Touch owners can also navigate to the Apple’s iPod touch website for details.

iPhone 3.0 OS is the default OS on the brand new iPhone 3G S which is scheduled to be launched on June 19 by AT&T in the US and O2 in UK.
