[Microsoft Word] How To Print Document Properties
There are occasions when you create a report and would like to ensure that you also get full credit for it. While Microsoft Word does maintain document properties, it doesnt print it on it own. Usually when it comes to creating and distributing papers or reports, adding document properties also alongwith the main data, gives a more authentic look and feel.
This article describes step by step instructions for printing document properties along with the data in Microsoft Word 2003 or Microsoft Word 2007.
Printing Document Properties along with the data using Microsoft Word 2003
1.) From the main menu, navigate to ‘ Tools –> Options ‘.
2.) In the ‘ Options ‘ dialog, click on the ‘ Print ‘ tab.
3.) Check the ‘ Document Properties ‘ option available under the ‘ Include with document ‘ subsection.

4.) Click on OK once done in order to save the changes.
Printing Document Properties along with the data using Microsoft Word 2007
1.) Click the ‘ Office ‘ button.
2.) Next, click on the ‘ Word Options ‘ button.
3.) Click the ‘ Display ‘ option from the left side panel on the ‘ Word Options ‘ dialog.
4.) Next, check the ‘ Print Document Properties ‘ option appearing under the ‘ Printing Options ‘ section.
5.) Click OK to save changes.
