Audible has announced the release of BlackBerry application. The Audible Blackberry app allows you to shop, sample, download, and playback audio from Audible’s catalog of over 60,000 titles. Whether you’re new to Audible or an existing member, this free application allows for seamless integration between your BlackBerry Storm™, Bold™, Curve™, Pearl™, or 8800 and the Audible.com website.

There are two ways to install Audible for BlackBerry:

1.) If you are in the US, Send a TXT message with the word “blackberry” to 35620.

2.) Browse to www.audible.com/bb in your BlackBerry web browser.

For a limited time, anyone who downloads Audible for BlackBerry will receive a free download of Hot, Flat, and Crowded, the bold best seller by author and syndicated columnist Thomas Friedman.
