Are you struggling to get Hulu on your XBMC and feeling jealous about all those friends who have it up and running on their Boxee? If yes, you can get Hulu up and running on your XBMC (XBox Media Center) using a special build and a plugin.

XBMC Media Center (formerly named XBox Media Center) is a cross-platform free and open source software media-player and entertainment hub with a 10-foot user interface design for the living-room TV. It was originally created for the first-generation Xbox game console, but is now available for the Linux, Mac OS X (Leopard, Tiger, Apple TV), and Microsoft Windows operating systems. There is also a bootable Live CD and Live USB version referred to as “XBMC Live

A detailed post related to this process is up here. In short, the process to watch Hulu using XBMC involves four steps outlined below.

1.) Download the latest release of XBMC from here and update your build.

2.) Once you have your build updated, download the Hulu Plugin for XBMC from here.

3.) FTP into the root of your XBMC install and upload the Hulu plugin to the directory /Plugins/Video.

4.) Now, In order to access Hulu from the XBMC menu click on videos->video plugins and then Hulu.
