Outfax.com is a free to use, no signup or download required service which allows you to send fax for free through the internet.In the past, I have written about numerous ways of sending free fax earlier and this article is another addition to the same category.
With Outfax.com, you can choose to attach Word, Excel, GIF, PDF, JPEG, and TIFF etc files with your faxes.Your cover pages and attachments can be in multilingual format. The service currently supports English, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, French, German etc more than 30 languages.
For registered users, Outfax also provides a facility to check if the fax was indeed sent or got failed. Confirmation emails are sent to the email address.Users can also login to the website to check the status of the fax sent. Therefore, one can say that while the website allows you to send fax without any registration or downloads, having signed up for the service has its own benefits.
Sending a free fax using Outfax is very easy. Click here and enter all the relevant fields as shown on the screen. You will required to enter the fax number ( only Hong Kong) and also attach the file you wish to fax. You also can enter details for the cover letter. All the fields support multilingual input. Click on Preview once done. Confirm next.
Outfax.com only supports Hong Kong. However, they do plan to add support for more countries soon.
