Fring 3.40 Is Now Available For Samsung Handset (Symbian S60)
Fring 3.40 was released early June for the Symbian devices manufactured by Nokia, now, the software is also compatible with Symbian S60 smartphone manufactured by Samsung.
Fring 3.40 lets you connect with your friends on the various social networks ( that is the reason Fring team proudly calls Fring 3.40 as the most “social” version till date). You can connect with your friends on Twitter, Facebook, Skype, Google Talk, Yahoo, AIM, MSN Messenger etc.
This new version includes the following features:
- Unification hints (manual/ GSM+IM services)
- User profiles
- Bug fixes
Fring 3.40 is supported on Samsung S60 handsets which include the Omnia HD, Innov8, G810, i7110, and older models like the i450.

Can you advice if Fring is compatible with Samsung Metro 3310 mobile handset available in India. I tried hard but cound not find if this was Symbian phone. This model is not listed on Fring Site, but if you could help and tell me which software version of fring will be compatible with my handset Samsung Metro 3310 mobile.
