I earlier wrote about Dell’s plan of releasing Android based Smartphones in China this week. While that is yet to happen, BGR has got some very interesting pictures and specification details of the smartphone.

Its believed that the smartphone will be marketed as Dell Mini 3i and is very close to a launch, though, the dates for the launch are not yet clear.

Here are the full specifications for this Dell smartphone:

• Quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE class 12

• Size: 68.6cc

• 103g grams weight

• Dimensions: 58 x 122 x 11.7mm

• Display: 3.5 inch HD 640×360 LCD, 18-bit, 262K colors

• OTA capable

• Microsoft Exchange support

• Google, AIM, Yahoo and MSN IM support

• 3 megapixel auto-focus, flash, 8x digital zoom camera with 30fps video shooting mode, built in photo editor

• USB 2.0, Bluetooth 2.0 + EDR

• A-GPS

• On-screen QWERTY keyboard, hardwriting recognition, multi touch UI

• MicroSD slot

In my opinion, the specs are not bad and if Dell can pull it up well , they might just have a winner here. For the time being, lets just wait and watch.
