Make Calls To Canada For Free Using Google Voice

As part of the latest feature addition to Google Voice, you can now make calls to Canada for free. Google Voice has already been supporting free long distance calls within continental US. The feature which allowed users to call Canada for free was earlier available with GrandCentral.

You can initiate calls from your inbox online, from mobile apps, or by dialing your own Google Voice number from one of your phones and selecting option 2 to place a call.

Google Voice is only available in the US and you need to have a working US phone to setup a Google Voice account.

Google Voice is a favorite service for many and this feature definitely adds value. So if you are in the US and have a Canada specific plan, its time to say goodbye to that.
