Apple iPod Touch and Nano Prices Slashed

Seems like Apple is making way for the announcement of newer iPod models tonight ( during the rock and roll event). They have already slashed the prices of regular iPod Touch and Nano models. Apple Store page has the following prices listed for the various models.

The 32GB Touch is now $279 (down from $399), the 16GB is $249 (was $299), and the 8GB model is $189 instead of $229. iPod Nano now starts from $129.

It will be interesting to see what all announcements Apple comes out with during tonight’s event.

My guesses include 3.2 MP Camera iPod Touch and a 64 GB iPod Touch. What about you?
