PDFAmigo is a free service which allows you to create your own PDF Forms using the browser. You do not need to sign-up in order to start using the service.

PDFAmigo is currently in beta. It allows you to have text fields, check boxes, radio buttons, list boxes, combo boxes, text labels and images in your forms. You can also customize the page size ( A4, Letter, Legal etc), document properties, colors, fonts and more for your PDF form.

In order to create your PDF forms, PDFAmigo doesn’t require you to sign-up, however, signing up gets you the benefit of saving forms and continuing to work on them later, adding images to your forms and purchase forms without PDFAmigo watermarks.

Once you are done with editing the form, you can download the free copy of the form ( which contains the watermark of PDFAmigo) or buy a copy of the form without watermakr from PDFAmigo.You will be required to sign-in to buy a pdf.

Overall, PDFAmigo is a decent service which allows you to create interactive pdf forms for free. Give it a try and let me know how you find it ( in comments, below).
