[Bangalore] Register Complaints With BBMP Online
Bruhat Bangalore Mahanagara Palike has launched its website which is targeted at Public Grievance Redressal. The website is called “Spandana” and can be used for filing complaints like issues with street light, tree fall, health, revenue to civic infrastructure works.
You can access the website by navigating to spandana.kar.nic.in and click on the link which says ” To Register your grievance. Click here”. This then takes you to a page where you need to select your zone from a drop down menu. Once selected, click on the button which says “Enter your details”. Fill in the details in the form which follows.
As a end user, you can even reach out to the BBMP Control Room by dialing in (080) 22660000. The minimum response time on a complaint is from 24 hours to 6 months, based on the nature of the complaint. As per BBMP, complaints related to removal of tree branches, street lighting, garbage collection etc will be addressed within 24 hours. Infrastructure work like road asphalting will take longer as it requires administrative approval.
Once a user registers a complaint, he or she gets a sms with the status of the complaint.

I hajira Begum a resident of # 46.A.M.C main road,2nd mn,3rd cr,Basavanagar,K.G.Halli,bnglr-45,Ward-94.would like to bring to your consideration that we had been regularly visiting the BBMp office of K.G.halli for so many times to say the slow work gng on in our area.The BBMP people had dig the road and had removed the taar n hav now planned to put the concrete cement taar in our area n the drainage slabs whc wer box type & in good condition has also been removed.Now again those slabs which thy had been removed from the drainge are again been put at a height of 2 feet abv the level of our houses, due to which the level of our built houses has gone down n the drainage water & water due to rain will enter inside our houses.So i kindly request you to kindly look at the mattre at the earliest so that this issue will be sorted before thy put the cement.I brought into ur consideration bcoz u take action at the sooner rate.We had already lodged the complaints in The Chief Engineer office,utility building.bnglore.& to the Executive Engineer ,BBMP,Queens road but no action was taken.So i kindly request you to kindly look at the matter at the earliest.

3.Thirdly,we not able to go to road end because auto-stand is there & many auto people rag girls walkingby….This can be sorted by removing the auto-stand there….

We are hereby to inform that on Palm Grove Road (Austin Town) The GARBABE TRUCK / AND GARBAGE is creating a major inconvenience to all the residents of Palm Grove Road & Victoria Layout.
We have been advising the truck driver not to bring in the truck and park for hours and hours and nothing is been taken care of… And because of this many people from many different areas come here and throw garbage HERE…
PLEASE NOTE: The garbage truck comes at 7:00am collects the garbage then there are many many trucks and auto type garbage vehicles that also come and dump tons on garbage…
THE PROCESS IN FRONT OF THE RESIDENTIAL AREA: They segregate the bottles, covers etc, bundles them all internal fights within them for the bottles and covers. Then they run the truck in front of the house to complete the process a lot of water that spills during the process… and the whole of Palm grove Road STINKS. The vehicle leaves only at 11:00 OR SOMETIMES AT 12:30pm
And so, I request you to kindly take immediate action about the same!!! WE REQUEST YOU TO CLEAR THE GARBAGE AND MAKE SURE NOBODY THROWS GARBAGE IN FRONT OF OUR HOUSES THANKS!

I would like to complain about the roads near the Ring Road Kalyan Nagar near Royal Concorde School because they have already put the roads for the nearby layouts but the road down the ganesh temple is yet to put and its very difficult to drive why cant governement or whoever incharge take care and do something i request to do the needful by taking care of the road
All the same place Kalyan Nagar near Royal Concorde School they have opened new road connecting to the ring road and most of the time there are several accidents becoz that particular road has no signal people keep coming and for the people travlling after the signal is green these people will stop them and its very difficult once in blue moon police will be standing rest of the time same storey also many police now a days busy catching the vehicles and collecting money it has become like business in bangalore.
There is power cut in this area often why pls stop the politicians are rich people misusing the electricity without paying we pay and suffer like this our children are not able to study or sleep why is our government like this, only money minded people are around

5. If set back rule is ammended and permission is granted to build house for all 1200 SFT I want a certified copy of such ammendment.
6. When it is proved that the owners are violating why amount is collected and mouth is shut by the inspecting authority who is held responcible.
7. Having such example on records can others also utilize all 1200 SFT for dwelling house.

in 14th cross diagonally opposite to KIADB Building the drainage were not properly done. Water overflows on the road and in few weeks/months the road will get damaged.
while doing the road work the waterline connections to factories
were damaged, probably the pipes where damaged were closed by wooden
piece or some other method.BWSSB informing to get it done repaired

We are facing a lot of issues with Street dogs in our area. The stray dog population in this area is more than 70 to 80.
Even age old adults and children are afraid to come out fearing for dogs. Its causing a lot of inconvenience to people who are returning late from the office or travelers who get down from bus during night or evening times.
This issue has created a nuisance for the people living in this area.

I am a resident of Mallesh palya locality. A few youngsters (two or three) are riding motorbikes on single wheel and performing feats during the normal busy day time on MALLESH PALYA main road. Once I have tried to stop and warn him as an elder. But he did not even stop. It is very scary to listen to the sounds of their bikes and watch them riding. I feel if nothing is done to prevent this type of riding on Malleshpalya main road, a few fatalities are bound to happen. Kindly do the needful and make our road safe to travel. Please depute one observer from your department for a day. I am sure that you would get the exect detail of how dangerous these boys are on the road.

No street lights are provided, including poles,lines, in 16,17,&18th crosses between,27th&31st main toads of HSR layout, right from the formation of this layout.
the roads ara also not tared, in par with other roads of this layout.
the park between 28th&29th mains, behind, NIFT collage is partially devoloped&the balance work,such as providing park lighting,cleaning etc, are being postphoned from last more than one year.

POSTERS AND BANNERS MENACE: Mr. Commissioner, Bangalore is flooded with foam banners and poster. This has become a big menace. The City has turned dirty. This is on the increase. Mr. Commissioner, foam banners are not decomposable material and is also a menace to ecology.
Politicians have made this a platform to display their might. And there follower have put up big banners only to congratulate their leaders on their birthday and other social issues, widely displaying their picture of their own along with their beloved leaders, to promote themselves for the future. Each of the parties display there might with biggest possible sized banners. And general public are scared to voice against it.
I suggest instead of wasting their money like this they could use the same funds for betting civic amenities. I think they must prove themselves better in this method.
Mr. Commission has to remove these display’s and put a FULL STOP for this immediately and permanently.

there has been some clearing after i complained to bbmp helpline last week but they said they are not in charge of clearing the heap of mud which has to be complained to another ward officer in sanjay nagar branch and then the grievance will be paid attn to.

The drainage cleaned in our area after a gap of 9 years, however the garbages not cleared and put on the road itself and that too in front of many houses. Its almost a 30 days since they cleaned the drainage, the gabages again flow into the drainage due to the rain, not understand why this cleans should happend when you are not clearing the garbages.
Its highly stinking smell, many people fall sick in this area due to this. However BBMP should take stern actions on this matter, and instruct to the agency to clear the garbages immediately.
Oherwise the more malaria, dengue and other new new disceases will not far.

Am the resident of krishnappa colony subbanapalya banaswadi from the past 25 years, this is the first time the bbmp people have cleaned the drainage, after cleaning the gutter was kept opened which is not closed, the children were playing on the road, if the fall it may cause serious injuries to the kids. hence we kindly requesting you to please take necessary action in this regard and do the needful to the residents.
This is my second complaint, I see that no action is taken on removal of unauthorized Banners in the city. Of late the banner are not restricted to main road, it has entered even the small lanes. I see big unauthorized banner of size more than 10′x12′ put right in front of our house by a political party. Not only does the street looks ugly but also hazards.
The parties have started publishing their events at every junction.
Like few years back the city was banned from displaying banners and poster CAN THIS BE IN FORCE AGAIN?!!! We don’t dare remove these. When will the commissioner take some action on this.

As I am a resident of HBR layout 2nd stage(BDA Layout) In this area garbage is not stored in place, where next to my house garbage is put and dirty the area by bad smile. Garbage is not collected by BBMP people frequently. To collect and clean garbage area the complaints as to made to the concerned survivile time, than the garbage collected once in a month or two month once. where we residents of this place have very small childrens where there are infected by this garbage. and also we cannot stay in this place because of bad smell. Hence we are requesting you to take neccessary action for cleaning the same frequently(day or two)and do us the needful.

i would bring to your notice that bbmp can provide different garbage collection for bio-degradable & degradeable waste. so that the area will be neat & clean.the other suggestion from our soceity is to plant trees in our entire area on either side of the roads. so kindly take a initiative on this regards so that the dream of bbmps making bangalore clean & green city be fullfilled.

We are residing in Krishnaraja Puram, behind Vijaya bank, LIC office, and PF office, having common compound wall. All the 3 offices are situated in the same building. The drainage system of the building is in bad condition, leading to leakage of most of the pipes from the offices. This resulting the compound wall and the building walls becoming wet and creating a foul smell to us because our house is situated next to this building. The drainage system in our road is also in pathetic condition due to which the rain water and all the water from the pipes of the offices does not clear up smoothly.
Yesterday night at around 3 o’clock, because of electric short circuit, PF office got fire, and we have noticed fumes coming out from the windows, because our windows are next to them. We have called the fire service and they came and attended the complaint and solved the problem. It took nearly 3 hours to stop the fire. If the drainage system is neglected in the bulding, it may lead to much more fatal situation of any short circuit to the other offices situated in the same bulding.
Hence we request you to kindly take necessary action in this regard.

Mr. Vishwanth MLA is improving n developed yelahanka new town but he’s not caring about the main yelahanka and old town. no proper roads, no drainage facility, no parks, not a proper yelahanka bus stand. as in nehru nagar there are 4 cross roads, but 4th cross is ignored and not taking care itself. it has mentioned 20ft road but only 10 ft has left for roads and the others opp have occupied the road’s property itself. we have been complaing it from several years still it has never taken care about this road.
