[Bangalore] Register Complaints With BBMP Online
Bruhat Bangalore Mahanagara Palike has launched its website which is targeted at Public Grievance Redressal. The website is called “Spandana” and can be used for filing complaints like issues with street light, tree fall, health, revenue to civic infrastructure works.
You can access the website by navigating to spandana.kar.nic.in and click on the link which says ” To Register your grievance. Click here”. This then takes you to a page where you need to select your zone from a drop down menu. Once selected, click on the button which says “Enter your details”. Fill in the details in the form which follows.
As a end user, you can even reach out to the BBMP Control Room by dialing in (080) 22660000. The minimum response time on a complaint is from 24 hours to 6 months, based on the nature of the complaint. As per BBMP, complaints related to removal of tree branches, street lighting, garbage collection etc will be addressed within 24 hours. Infrastructure work like road asphalting will take longer as it requires administrative approval.
Once a user registers a complaint, he or she gets a sms with the status of the complaint.

I hajira Begum a resident of # 46.A.M.C main road,2nd mn,3rd cr,Basavanagar,K.G.Halli,bnglr-45,Ward-94.would like to bring to your consideration that we had been regularly visiting the BBMp office of K.G.halli for so many times to say the slow work gng on in our area.The BBMP people had dig the road and had removed the taar n hav now planned to put the concrete cement taar in our area n the drainage slabs whc wer box type & in good condition has also been removed.Now again those slabs which thy had been removed from the drainge are again been put at a height of 2 feet abv the level of our houses, due to which the level of our built houses has gone down n the drainage water & water due to rain will enter inside our houses.So i kindly request you to kindly look at the mattre at the earliest so that this issue will be sorted before thy put the cement.I brought into ur consideration bcoz u take action at the sooner rate.We had already lodged the complaints in The Chief Engineer office,utility building.bnglore.& to the Executive Engineer ,BBMP,Queens road but no action was taken.So i kindly request you to kindly look at the matter at the earliest.

1.Firstly,Drainage problem which can be sorted out by changing the old pipes into new ones….
2.Secondly,Drinking water-they wont leave water properly @ alternative days @ all. Since we dont have sumps,we will be depended….This can be sorted out by putting borewell tap to our road.
3.Thirdly,we not able to go to road end because auto-stand is there & many auto people rag girls walkingby….This can be sorted by removing the auto-stand there….
4.They wont take the garbage from each houses properly & they wont sweep the road daily which results to diesease..In front of the houses who give money they sweep & take Garbage ….
Sir, I kindly request u to take action & Please do the needful @ the earliest…

Sub: Request for Speed Breaker at kaggadasapura, main Road, 3rd Cross, Opp. MORE COMPLEX and City Super MARKET, Due to speeding, dangerous driving (accidents) and overtaking as this stretch of road really becomes accident prone area.
Kaddagasapura Main road has become a commercial hub today with lots of shops and hotels’ mushrooming every day. This has caused lots of traffic congestion in the area with motorist playing from both directions on this road at high speed as there is no speed breaker on this stretch of road, thereby posing a threat to the lives of pedestrians, school going children and elders crossing the road.
It is difficult to cross the road at any given time as the entire stretch of road is narrow(less then 40ft) with vehicles parked at both sides of the road. Local people are forced to cross the road, even as vehicles speed flouting all traffic rules.
There are accidents happening every week, some of them life threatening.
With this cause in mind we the residents of kaggadasapura request you to put up speed breakers at critical points.
One such critical point and recurring accident area is
KAGGADAPURA MAIN ROAD, 3rd cross,
MORE COMPLEX and
in front of City Super MARKET on the same road.
To ensure safety of school children and senior citizens, who are pedestrians, a few road humps are to be laid, to avoid any serious casualty.

This is regarding complain about Bad roads in our area. (Kagdaspura 6th Cross).The Road is in very bad condition.Please tar the road since it has worn out and no maintainance is being done in this road.Lot of people reside in this area and travel daily.And lot of poth holes are seen in this area.

We are hereby to inform that on Palm Grove Road (Austin Town) The GARBABE TRUCK / AND GARBAGE is creating a major inconvenience to all the residents of Palm Grove Road & Victoria Layout.
We have been advising the truck driver not to bring in the truck and park for hours and hours and nothing is been taken care of… And because of this many people from many different areas come here and throw garbage HERE…
PLEASE NOTE: The garbage truck comes at 7:00am collects the garbage then there are many many trucks and auto type garbage vehicles that also come and dump tons on garbage…
THE PROCESS IN FRONT OF THE RESIDENTIAL AREA: They segregate the bottles, covers etc, bundles them all internal fights within them for the bottles and covers. Then they run the truck in front of the house to complete the process a lot of water that spills during the process… and the whole of Palm grove Road STINKS. The vehicle leaves only at 11:00 OR SOMETIMES AT 12:30pm
And so, I request you to kindly take immediate action about the same!!! WE REQUEST YOU TO CLEAR THE GARBAGE AND MAKE SURE NOBODY THROWS GARBAGE IN FRONT OF OUR HOUSES THANKS!

I would like to complain about the roads near the Ring Road Kalyan Nagar near Royal Concorde School because they have already put the roads for the nearby layouts but the road down the ganesh temple is yet to put and its very difficult to drive why cant governement or whoever incharge take care and do something i request to do the needful by taking care of the road
All the same place Kalyan Nagar near Royal Concorde School they have opened new road connecting to the ring road and most of the time there are several accidents becoz that particular road has no signal people keep coming and for the people travlling after the signal is green these people will stop them and its very difficult once in blue moon police will be standing rest of the time same storey also many police now a days busy catching the vehicles and collecting money it has become like business in bangalore.
There is power cut in this area often why pls stop the politicians are rich people misusing the electricity without paying we pay and suffer like this our children are not able to study or sleep why is our government like this, only money minded people are around

There is a small park in front of my house No: 491 , 16 A Cross , Sector 6, HSR layout. Right now buffaloes and cows graze and freely defecate in the park. Kindly plant few hardy trees like Bamboo in the park and close it with permanent gate so that the cows and buffaloes do not destroy the plants.

I want an authentic reply from some one in authority about the following,
1. in 30′X40′ site what is the set back in front and back sides
2. In 30′X40′ site what is the set back in other two sides.
3. If anyone violates these set rules who is the direct person to complaint.
4. If that person refuses to receive the compl;aint what is the recourse.
5. If set back rule is ammended and permission is granted to build house for all 1200 SFT I want a certified copy of such ammendment.
6. When it is proved that the owners are violating why amount is collected and mouth is shut by the inspecting authority who is held responcible.
7. Having such example on records can others also utilize all 1200 SFT for dwelling house.

I have a Neighbour who works as Block President for Srinagara constituency, he has fixed his out door, on a bay window which is a deviation, he has a lousy AC which makes hell a lot of noise, he is off his mind he thinks he is ultimatum in the area and makes lot of noise, what is the remedy, should we sleep or should we be awake the whole night how to go about his act from him.

I am M.Ramesh kumar residing in #2, Vishveshwaraiah street, 11th cross, A Narayanapura, Doorvaninagar, B’lore=16. two weeks ago BBMP has taken drainage work in our street but still the work is not completed which is causing a major problems to the recidence as thier is no water supply, no garbage collection, vehicles cann’t be taken outside and even walking is very difficult, the peoples are struggling like anything. So i request u to take appropriate action and compleate the work as soon as possible.
