Earlier i wrote about SabSeBolo which is more of India centric when it comes to free telephone conferecing system. On the similar lines is Free Reservationless conferencing service by NoCostConference.

In order to get started with setting up and making use of the free conferencing system, you need to enter your name and email to receive your account. After entering your email, a email will be sent to you with your conference pin and phone number. Your no cost conference system is available to you seven days a week 24 hours a day with no time limits.

With NoCostConference, while the conferencing setup is free of cost, the only charge you need to incur are the long distance calling charges.

Once you have provided your name and email address details and signed up, you will get access code and phone number. To begin conferencing notify participants of the dial in number, access code of your conference, along with the date and time of the conference. All participants will call the same dial in number, and enter the same access code followed by the # key. The conference will begin in Conversation Mode (all participants will be able to talk). Participant keys can be used by all callers on the conference call.

NoCostConference also allows you to record and retrieve the conference call. Also, you have the option to setup for a web meeting conference.
