If you are Mac user and would like to jailbreak the latest iPhone OS 3.1.3, now, the iPhone Dev Team is back with a new version of PwnageTool which can jailbreak iPhone OS 3.1.3.

PwnageTool 3.1.5 is right now only available for Mac. The download is free of cost.

iPhone OS 3.1.3 is not a major upgrade and only fixes a few issues. iPhone Dev Team says

We aren’t revealing any new exploits to Apple with this jailbreak. Everything here has been used before, it’s just a straightforward port of Pwnage2 and 24Kpwn to the new firmware. It’s possible the new firmware was released largely to flush out new exploits before the next big release. We won’t be biting.
