While Apple iPad can run any app meant for Apple iPhone, the biggest issue one sees is pixelated screen as iPad automatcially 2X’s (doubles) the pixels to match the iPad resolution. However, there is a way out to enjoy iPhone Apps (i.e. Apps which are meant for an iPhone) to work on your iPad without getting them pixelated on the iPad screen.

In order to get started, you will first have to jailbreak your iPad. Jailbreaking an iPad can be done easily using a freely available software called Spirit. (read: Jailbreak iPad, iPhone, or iPod touch on Firmware 3.1.2, 3.1.3, or 3.2 using Spirit )

Once you have jailbroken your iPad, the next step is to install OpenSSH from Cydia, and have an FTP browsing program on your computer. You will next be required to edit a special file called info.plist inside an application and copy it back on your iPad. Detailed steps on doing the same are mentioned here.

This trick can be real cool if you use text based apps like Tweetie (which works perfectly well after using this trick) on your iPad.
