[Web Conferencing] VuRoom Provides Multiparty Video Conferencing using Skype

The most common issue that we face at work is the inability to know or interact with our clients /customers in multiple locations. Meetings are normally held using phone calls, NetMeeting, Webex or just the Instant messenger installed on our PCs. How to get started with VuRoom

  1. Once you have Skype on your machine, setting up is a cake-walk.
  2. Download the plug-in from vivu.tv/vivuweb/downloads/vuroom/
  3. Double click and follow the drill.
  4. Allow access to javaw.exe when prompted.
  5. Now you’re all set to conference
  6. To start a call, select multiple contacts on your Skype call list, right click on any selected participant and “Call the Group”.

Your contacts don’t even have to subscribe to VuRoom to join the call. Skype, a webcam and a browser are all that’s needed to join the call. Happy VuRoom-ing.
